Remote roleMedlogix, LLC delivers innovative medical claims solutions through a seamless collaboration of our Medlogix® technology, our highly skilled staff, access to our premier health care provider networks, and our commitment to keeping our clients’ needs as our top priority. Medlogix has a powerful mix of medical expertise, proven processes and innovative technology that delivers a more efficient, disciplined insurance claims process. The result is lower expenses and increased productivity for the auto insurance and workers’ compensation insurance carriers; third party administrators (TPAs); and government entities we serve.The Pre-Certification Coordinator receives requests for medical services from the treating healthcare provider’s office.
The request is reviewed to ensure all necessary information is received; required data is entered into Medlogix® software for the Pre-Certification Nurse to review. The Pre-Cert Coordinator will also respond to telephone inquiries regarding automobile claims.

- Microsoft Office / Windows Software
Experience
- 1 year of Data Entry experience
- 1 year of Customer Service experience
- 1 year of Medical administration experience
Preferred, not Required Experience
- Medical Claim Processing
- Medical Billing
- 10 Key Calculator
- Spanish speaking a plus
Education:
- High school or equivalent
