Position: Leasing Specialist Floater for our Raleigh, NC portfolio
Role Overview
As a Leasing Specialist Floater, your primary focus is to lease apartment-homes in a very competitive market. In addition, you will deliver exceptional customer service to meet the ongoing needs of current residents.
Most Important Responsibilities
- Lease as many apartments as possible in downtown Raleigh and North Raleigh.
- Follow up on leads to convert traffic into move-ins.
- Get creative with marketing and sales strategies to improve occupancy.
- Understand our awesome apartment features and be able to articulate the value.
- Develop relationships with prospects, current residents, local businesses, vendors, etc.
- Collaborate with your team. Understand the unique needs of prospects and residents to determine the best solution.
Most Important Qualifications
- Leasing experience required.
- Willing to work rotating Saturdays.
- Vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Ability to "sell"/lease apartments in a competitive market.
- Flexibility is key, being adaptable to assist various communities in Raleigh.
- Self-motivation and drive. Quick on your feet with a strong work ethic.
- Market knowledge of Raleigh a plus.
- People skills. Ability to have conversations with prospects and listen to their real needs, so you can build rapport and trust.
- Charisma. Must be likeable to prospects and residents.
- Empathy. Relating to the customers and supporting them.
- Confidence. Never let go of opportunities and stay positive.
