- Distribution Center Fulfillment Team Lead will oversee Warehouse staff’s day-to-day operations ensuring that responsibilities and leaderships expectations are met.
- Ensure that product is received and stored in an efficient and economical manner and maintain required records in conformance with company policy.
- Distribution Center Fulfillment Team Lead will assist in overseeing the shipping systems for both Domestic and International customers.
- Cover open areas within department as needed.
- Distribution Center Fulfillment Team Lead will supervise the proper routing, loading, and preparing orders for shipment and delivery in accordance with customer instructions.
- Operate forklift and other DC equipment.
- Distribution Center Fulfillment Team Lead will assist in cross training employees in the skills and responsibilities of other positions.
- Update and track all outbound shipments and document using internal tracker.

What You Bring to the Table
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or vocational training in logistics or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or inventory management required.
- Hands-on leadership style with demonstrated experience guiding and growing talent.
- 2+ years' experience in Forklift, Reach Truck and Electric Pallet Jacks required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, RF scanner experience including familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
