Job Overview
:In our fast-paced environment this position will act as a liaison among internal stakeholders’ consultants/vendors, and sponsors to analyze, document, communicate, and validate business and system requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business, pull them in and build and analyze, ask the right questions to determine if there is a value to be had.
- Document detailed business requirements including technical specifications for any BRDs) given assignment. BAs should author user stories and process flows as needed.
- Works dynamically with multiple stakeholders (mainly internally with operation teams) to coordinate and gather requirements for project related tasks. Candidate should drive tasks to closure.
- Work with development team to break down requirements to user stories/technical specifications.
- Actively participate in business reviews to ensure compatibility with systems and feasibility overall.
- Analyze and make recommendations on improving existing business processes as needed.
- Participate in design, brainstorm whiteboarding session with onshore and offshore team members.
- Responds to application support requests.
- Works independently with little direction.

Job Requirements:
- HS/GED required; At least 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment required; Equivalent combination of education and background might be considered.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Beneficial to have knowledge of claim and policy cancellation domain area.
- Experience in creating user story and able to document requirements.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and existing business processes in fast paced environment required.
- Experience in working on multiple projects, partnering with multiple cross-functional teams strongly preferred.
- Strong analysis, organizational, and communication skills required.
- Collaborative negotiation skills.
- Ability to be a flexible business partner.
- Have an entrepreneur spirit- Take ownership.
- Creative thinker.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
