Position Overview:
The Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting stakeholders on the process of creating, posting, and update content on the FDA internet utilizing the Web Content Management System, gathering data for Web Operations, and ensuring all support is completed within the Service Level Agreements. They are responsible for monitoring and resolving help desk tickets related to the FDA internet and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Service now for all FDA internet related tickets
- Supporting web publishing services for the WCMS
- Supporting web analytics which includes Google Analytics 4 and AngleFish web analytics reporting
- Advising stakeholders about IT infrastructure and systems.
- Managing and enhancing computer systems.
- Analyzing different computer systems and designing information systems to meet business needs.
- Training end users.
- Selecting appropriate software to achieve company goals.
- Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline highly preferred
- Three plus years of work experience in Information Technology as a Systems Analyst supporting help desk tickets in Service Now.
- Experience facilitating meetings with business owners, technical leads, and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

- Demonstrated abilities as a driven, self-starter and quick study

- Experience in a government environment
- Experience automating tests as needed in testing tools to support automation, 508 compliance, and performance testing.
