A minimum of one year experience in the role of Site Supervisor.Demonstrated management experience within HWS, especially in roles such as Sales, FSM, SQC, SQM, EIC, OM, VP, and DM. Note: Depth of experience will be a determining factor in salary considerations.Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management: Drive sales strategies, manage client relationships, and oversee market share and pricing initiatives.QHSE & Operations: Oversee the quality of services delivered, ensure operational efficiency, and uphold health and safety standards.Asset & Personnel Management: Oversee assets, equipment, and manage personnel effectively. Administrative Duties: Fulfill customer-specific administrative tasks as needed, keep accurate records of KPIs, databases, personnel training, plus any other assigned administrative responsibilities as needed.Location:
The primary office will be the regional base, with some duties splitting time between customer- designated offices, locations, and facilities.Travel Requirements:
The role entails a balance of fieldwork and office tasks, with an expectation of 25% time spent visiting field locations and 75% at HWS and customer facilities.Reporting Structure:
The QHSE will report directly to the District Manager, with secondary or functional reporting to the VP of QHSE and/or VP of HSE.Job Duties and Responsibilities
QHSE Management:
- Acting as a coach and leader to field personnel.
- Implementation and management of new technology systems for safety and quality control.
- Conducting KPI meeting presentations to communicate performance metrics.
- Preparation and presentation of QHSE Reports and Presentations.
- Overseeing Grafana for data visualization and analysis.
- Conducting QHSE audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Promoting the completion of WSRs, and following up corrective actions.
- Managing digital job papers.
- Implementing the Spartan I Program for quality and safety excellence.
- Leading QHSE incident investigations and preparing detailed reports.
- Organizing and overseeing CDL classes for relevant personnel.
- Organizing Pressure Control School sessions for relevant staff.
- Leading accident investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions implemented.
- Ensuring QHSE training has been completed (i.e., Client Specific (ISN), New Hire, Annual).
- Observing work practices and giving immediate feedback to drive safety culture (100% compliance with all requirements).
- Ensuring incidents / concerns are reported to senior management as per protocols.
Sales:
- Increasing market share with customers and growing our customer relationship while expanding our national footprint.
Client Management:
- Attending client meetings to present safety and quality reports.
- Organizing new hire orientations and ensuring all new hires are trained in company safety and quality protocols.
Operations Management:
- Ensuring effective cable management protocols are followed.
- Managing Auzmor maintenance schedules and operations.
- Overseeing the progression of site supervisors.
- Implementing the Spartan Leadership program.
- Organizing and overseeing crane courses.
