Summary:
The Ticketing Operations Associate plays a vital role in providing administrative and operational support for all Audience Services departments. The job duties are vital to ensuring the success of many facets of the business including daily cash reconciliations, data analysis, and operations support. This position works closely with all departments within Audience Services as well as with clients and vendors.This position’s primary focus is managing credit card charge disputes which includes facilitating chargeback case intake and reconciliation processes.
Secondarily, the Ticketing Operations Associate distributes various reports to help Audience Services uphold business rules and identifies data and processes that need review. This employee needs to be comfortable with math, critical thinking, attention to detail, and data collection.
Essential Functions:
- Analyze and report on data related to Audience Services financial and vendor activity.
- Perform routine analysis of transactions and ticketing orders.
- Work with Information Technology and Finance to identify and correct reporting and processing issues in Tessitura.
- Manage office support operations including the purchase of supplies and maintenance of office equipment.
- Create and maintain business processes documentation.
- Facilitate testing and troubleshooting efforts to validate weekly financial reporting and ticketing configurations.
- Directly provide customer service to patrons as needed through phone and email correspondence.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum two years experience in financial, administrative, human resources, arts or technology fields.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong Office 365 skills required with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word desired.
- Computer literacy.
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and with varied personalities across organizations, as well as in team settings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the arts or ticketing businesses desired.
- Familiarity with database and CRM Systems.
- Experience using printers, copiers, and other office equipment.
