Live events are back, and we are busier than ever! Due to massive growth, we are looking to add a Warehouse Lead to support our events team. You will report to the Manager of Production—Tradeshows & Activations and be based out of our Kansas City location. Position does require being onsite full time. Pay rate is $25/hr.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinating the use of union labor.
- Coordinate workload planning and scheduling.
- Quality control of inventory.
- Oversee and perform the pulling of stock items such as beMatrix, or similar, display units to produce custom exhibits for tradeshows.
- Coordinate with team members to discuss purchase needs.
- Maintain a productive and safe environment.
- Maintain legible and accurate records or logs as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Flexibility to work weekends and during the week after hours when necessary.
Who You Are:
- Ability to produce quality work while meeting challenging deadlines.
- Carpentry skills a plus.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail
- Expert time management skills with ability to quickly and gracefully adapt to a rapidly-changing environment; ability to perform multiple assignments with competing priorities, even without immediate supervision.
