 Live events are back, and we are busier than ever! Due to massive growth, we are looking to add a Warehouse Lead to support our events team.  You will report to the Manager of Production—Tradeshows & Activations and be based out of our Kansas City location.   Position does require being onsite full time.   Pay rate is $25/hr.  

What You’ll Do: 


  • Coordinating the use of union labor.
  • Coordinate workload planning and scheduling.
  • Quality control of inventory.
  • Oversee and perform the pulling of stock items such as beMatrix, or similar, display units to produce custom exhibits for tradeshows.
  • Coordinate with team members to discuss purchase needs.
  • Maintain a productive and safe environment.
  • Maintain legible and accurate records or logs as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and during the week after hours when necessary.

Who You Are:


  • Ability to produce quality work while meeting challenging deadlines. 
  • Carpentry skills a plus.  
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.  
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail
  • Expert time management skills with ability to quickly and gracefully adapt to a rapidly-changing environment; ability to perform multiple assignments with competing priorities, even without immediate supervision.
