In-office time brings many perks and builds relationships, but we also place an emphasis on planning events and fun that all can enjoy.  *We are looking for a Minneapolis based candidate for this role to make the most of those hybrid benefits and to build on the amazing local talent.Description:Our Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing our revenue initiatives.

You will be our Hubspot expert overseeing campaign execution, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing strategies. Your mission is to help provide a seamless customer journey by collaborating with other departments that results in overall growth. Responsibilities:

  • Manage, optimize, and execute all campaign and marketing processes in Hubspot.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and communications.
  • Develop and execute experiments, A/B tests, and iterative improvements to optimize conversion funnels and increase user engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
  • Identify bottlenecks in marketing processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer growth and experience.
  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to execute cohesive marketing campaigns.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a SaaS or small  tech company.
  • Proficiency in using Hubspot or similar platform with the desire to learn and work primarily in Hubspot
  • Demonstrated ability to work across an organization on marketing growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Curious mind that is willing to take calculated risks to grow the company 
  • Ability to easily communicate across departments and proactive approach
  • Attention to detail and able to adapt quickly

After 1 week

  • You will be onboarded with the Marketing teams and get a sense of how you fit within the company
  • You will be introduced to your team in a group and in 1 on 1s 
  • You will be getting familiar with Leadpages’ Hubspot platform and marketing processes
  • You will have a favorite co-worker who will make sure your time at LP is great

After 1 month

  • You will know all members of the Marketing department and understand who to ask for what
  • You will be introduced to our customer journey and marketing initiatives and understand where you can make the greatest impact 
  • You will find a rhythm with your team and start to define plans for meeting the needs of your focus area
  • You will be our Hubspot expert and independently execute automations and operations 

After 6 months

  • You will feel confident in your role and will be contributing on many fronts
  • You have built a strong rapport with your team and are helping them learn and grow in their roles
  • You will have executed numerous projects and experiments and have a hunger for more!
  • You will have offered valuable insights and recommendations regarding Hubspot and its capabilities and are actively contributing to ongoing improvements
  • You are actively communicating with senior leadership and your department to ensure maximize optimization of Hubspot

What we’d like to see in you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related role in the technology industry, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM platform/s
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing operations 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic and proactive mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving growth targets.
