Salary
- Base Salary range of: $95,000 - $115,000 USD
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across the organization between product, marketing & engineering to identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on market trends, customer feedback, and data analysis.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to understand user behavior, identify key metrics, and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute experiments, A/B tests, and iterative improvements to optimize conversion funnels and increase user engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Driving the strategy & execution of our lifecycle marketing through collaboration with our internal copywriting & marketing operations teams.
- Assist in developing marketing collateral, including but not limited to: landing pages, email templates, ad creatives, and sales materials.
- Assist with creating marketing campaigns, A/B tests, and experiments to optimize performance and ROI.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of market shifts.
- Drive growth experiments, identifying the most effective acquisition and activation channels and tactics.
- Utilize analytics tools like Mixpanel and Tableau to derive actionable insights, informing strategies that boost team growth.
- Analyze key marketing and activation KPIs, with a particular focus on conversion rate optimization and retention metrics, underscoring strong product-market fit.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience scaling or launching GTM & onboarding strategies, especially in the SaaS domain.
- Demonstrated ability to work across an organization on growth marketing initiatives.
- Expertise in utilizing data analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Tableau) to inform and optimize growth strategies.
- Deep understanding of marketing and activation KPIs, with a strong grasp on what drives conversion rate optimization at the top of the funnel
After 1 week
- You will be onboarded with the Marketing & Product teams and get a sense of how you fit within the company
- You will be introduced to your team in a group and in 1 on 1s
- You will be getting familiar with Leadpages’ products and processes
- You will become familiar with our Product development processes
After 1 month
- You will know all members of the Product, Marketing and Engineering teams and understand who to ask for what
- You will be introduced to our product roadmap and understand where you can make the greatest impact
- You will find a rhythm with your team and start to define plans for meeting the needs of your focus area
- You will be contributing to (and or leading) multiple projects on your roadmap
After 6 months
- You will feel confident in your role and will be contributing on many fronts
- You have built a strong rapport with your team and are helping them learn and grow in their roles
- You will have released numerous projects and experiments and have a hunger for more!
- You will have offered valuable insights into your product focus areas are actively contributing to ongoing improvements
- You are actively communicating with senior leadership and cross-departmentally disseminating information appropriately
What we’d like to see in you:
- 3 years of experience in product management or a related role in the technology industry, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully cultivating product growth resulting in customer retention or growth.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving growth targets.
