Job Summary:
Are you a creative powerhouse with a knack for detail? We are in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Designer and Website Editor. This multifaceted role requires a blend of artistic flair in crafting compelling marketing materials and the technical proficiency in managing and refreshing website content. If you possess an eye for design, mastery of tools, and the technical prowess to maintain an interactive andcaptivating online identity, you're the perfect fit for this role!
Job Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing designs for various marketing collateral, including website graphics, thumbnails, pitch decks, media kits, still assets for video, social media graphics, emails, newsletters, trade show, and promotional materials.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity (design aesthetic) across all design elements, adhering to established brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and incorporate brand strategies into design projects.
- Regularly update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Optimize website navigation and layout to enhance user experience.
- Implement design elements that improve user engagement and satisfaction.
- Work in tandem with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices, including meta tags and images, into website content.
- Use analytics tools to monitor website performance and user behavior.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, WordPress, and Elementor.
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Demonstrated experience in website content management and editing, specifically via WordPress.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with Hubspot and Adobe Target.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of related experience.
