FULL REMOTE or IN-HOUSE opportunities available - private offices open in Fishers, IN location.
- FULLY supported IT network/environment - phone and computer are all that's required to be up and running remotely
Castle Mortgage Corp. has been in business since 1985. As a broker we have many different lenders and programs available to solve most all our customers' needs. We operate in Indiana, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, and Connecticut. I have immediate openings for loan officers that are knowledgeable, goal orientated and can work independently - NOT INTERESTED IN MICROMANAGING.
Job Includes:
- Lucrative commission and bonus schedule. Weekly pay if needed.
- Leads provided - "limited"
- Highly competitive rates.
- Originate mortgage loans, FHA, VA, Conventional. Purchase and refinance transactions.
- Processing on site provided. Remote access available. Encompass experience a plus.
- Develops and prepares loan solutions to serve the client’s needs.
- Two years of successful origination experience.
- NMLS license.

- Effective Communication skills from application through closing and beyond.
- Financial Analysis – Knowledge of and ability to qualify clients.
- Loan Origination – Knowledge of the skills, methods and technologies used to process new loan applications; ability to preform loan origination activities while adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Mortgage Products – Knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively on all residential mortgage products and programs.
- Sales Tasks & Activities – Knowledge of Encompass, Salesforce, Teams, Outlook and the ability to sell an organization’s products and services.
Education and/or Experience
College Degree, High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2 years successful experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Encompass knowledge preferable.
