Job Summary:


This is a full-time and entry level business-development role. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns and relationships with podcasters and advertisers. The Account Manager will ensure that the campaigns are meeting client goals and objectives. The role requires a mix of account management, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Some work from home is acceptable but the candidate must be located in Dallas, TX.

Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach. Utilize various channels, including phone, email, social media, and industry events, to generate new leads.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our web hosting solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the podcasting industry. Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company .
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.

  • Proficient with Google Office Suite or related software.

Required Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • Self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the podcast industry.

Pay Range:


$40,000 - $50,000 per year + Commission
