Job Summary:


AdvertiseCast is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. As a Senior Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of AdvertiseCast. This position is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the advertising landscape, and a passion for podcasts.

Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their marketing goals and providing strategic guidance.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of AdvertiseCast's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals, upselling to existing clients, and expanding the client portfolio.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the podcast advertising space.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team.

Required Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the podcast industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • Self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work within and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team.
  • A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office.
