Job Title: Experienced Administrative AssistantWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role reports to our Corporate Attorney.Responsibilities:- Perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings and photocopying- Assist the legal team with administrative tasks such as drafting legal documents, managing calendars, and organizing files- Maintain a professional and organized office environment- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismIf you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.RequirementsRequirements:-Friendly, outgoing and love to welcome and help people- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
