As a Designer, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of those ideas. Your problem-solving skills and ability to align design with our client's business objectives are key to your success in this position.
You will work diligently to ensure that designs reflect our clients ' brands and meet their expectations. Meticulous attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset guide your work as you navigate project timelines and milestones. Your willingness to learn and adapt allows you to overcome challenges and contribute to the team's success. In essence, you are an integral part of our creative process, helping to deliver exceptional design work that drives business success.AS A DESIGNER, A TYPICAL WEEK MIGHT LOOK SOMETHING LIKE THIS:
- Collaborate with an Art Director and Copywriter on a creative campaign concept.
- Build out digital ads for different placements based on an existing design.
- Mock up a landing page for a new campaign in line with existing web standards.
- Design a print brochure for a new brand based on several other brand assets already created.
- Create compelling visual assets for a range of channels, including but not limited to digital ads, social media content, websites, email campaigns, print materials, and presentations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, sharing ideas, providing feedback, and actively participating in brainstorming sessions and creative critiques.

TO LAND THIS GIG YOU NEED:
- A desire to learn brand and marketing strategy along with client presentation skills
- Project experience that includes designing across traditional and digital media (print, video, web, etc.)
- Proven understanding of the principles and elements of graphic design (line, shape, proportion/scale, page layout, color theory, typography, etc.)
- Experience with the design process (research, thumbnail, rough, comps, and final production) and creative thinking
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe CC, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- At least 3 years of creative experience, preferably in an agency environment
