Full-timeDescriptionAmerica's Auto Auction is looking to add a talented and enthusiastic Recruiting Professional to our growing corporate team. Someone who is looking to make a significant impact throughout our organization. This position is located at our Corporate office in Carmel Indiana but this position will be assisting with recruiting needs at our locations through out the U.S. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process including identifying, screening, and vetting top talent for our company.
The Recruiter needs to be an initiative-taker that can implement effective recruiting strategies at our company that will attract a talented and diverse pool of talent. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to meet their hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full life-cycle recruitment processes to evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance
- Collaborate with America's leaders to handle recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new hires
- Create and maintain screening and interview tools to optimize branding and improve efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates and key team members
- Design and lead the employee onboarding experience
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive hiring practices
- Stay updated on emerging recruitment techniques and implement enhancements
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Drive continuous improvement by streamlining recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage relationships with vendors and third-party administrators
- Coordinate job fairs and strengthen external hospitality relationships
- Take ownership of assigned initiatives and drive them to completion
- Continuously invest in personal and professional development
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
