About the role


The Senior Associate role focuses on deploying Cured’s Network Management, Customer Experience, and Digital Marketing Solutions to our healthcare customers and supports our related internal solution development efforts. The role blends healthcare strategy and solution design with hands-on application build work.

Key responsibilities


  • Manage implementations from start to finish
  • Understand the capabilities of Cured’s solutions and communicate how it enables the customer’s strategic vision
  • Lead and coordinate solution design, build, testing, and training
  • Facilitate customer meetings through every phase of delivery
  • Understand business processes, document functional requirements and make recommendations for technical strategy and configuration (across solutions)
  • Identify process improvement opportunities with an eye towards scalability
  • Provide product feedback and recommendations for streamlining workflows or UX/UI
  • Engage in multiple engagements concurrently
  • Be a mentor to other Customer Delivery team members

Minimum qualifications


Candidates need not have historical experience in the healthcare industry; however, they should be passionate about wanting to improve the ability for health providers to meaningfully connect individuals and their families with the right care. 

  • 3-6 years of previous work experience
  • 3-6 years of Salesforce (Sales, Service Cloud) implementation and configuration experience
  • 3-6 years SaaS enterprise application implementation experience, CRM preferred
  • Ability to lead data driven discussions and experience defining data requirements with an eye for data architecture and data integrity
  • Experience assessing and improving user productivity and solution performance
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent records of academic and professional leadership
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English 
  • Willingness to travel for targeted customer visits (approximately 25%)
  • Additional skills preferred: SQL, Apex, Enterprise PaaS (AWS, Azure, GCP)
