The Financial Analysis and Reporting Manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting and other business planning activities to drive transparency and accountability within the organization.

Role and Responsibilities


  • Participate in monthly close process by reviewing actuals and proposing reclasses and accruals
  • Partner with the finance organization to support monthly reporting needs, including construction of internal and external reporting documents
  • Partner with accounting team to ensure proper recording of multi-period activities
  • Compile monthly budget vs. actual variance reporting to highlight key risks and opportunities
  • Support the creation of monthly forecasts, annual budgeting, and long-range planning activities
  • Provide objective analytical support to help influence and reinforce business decisions
  • Provide support to the FP&A and Reporting organizations globally

Qualifications and Education Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience is required
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • A robust analytical skill set and endless curiosity
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to non-finance colleagues
  • Must be deadline driven, organized, and able to multi-task
  • Experience with implementing technology driven processes preferred
