Coho Construction Management is seeking a
Sr Program Manager to join our infrastructure team. The manager will be responsible executing construction projects and contracts as the General Contractor , business development & sales, implementation and l support to include but not limited to: program development, “cradle to grave”, customer development, proposal development, program management, engineering, system integration, project management, execution and closeout.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Customer Relations
- Business Development
- Proposal Development
- Training and Mentorship
- Provide management services on construction related projects to included: customer and site coordination, subcontractor management, project sequencing and scheduling, budgeting, quality control and cost control.
- Provide pre-construction services to ensure client’s needs are met as project development take place.
- Support project teams with scope development.
- Participate in design reviews and value engineering exercises to efficiently and effectively deliver projects.
- Support project teams as needed to provide accurate and timely delivery during project execution phases.
- Identify risk issues and avoid and mitigate as needed to ensure project remains on time and on budget.
- Reviews constructability issues and provides alternative means and methods to resolve issues.
- Prepare and manage project execution budgets.
- Provide expertise as needed to execute existing and new opportunities /projects
Essential Job Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor of Science
- Required Knowledge/Experience:
- 25 + years of construction and construction management Tele experience
- Knowledge of safety practices and quality control processes
- Knowledge of SBA requirements as they relate to small businesses and 8(a) certified business contracts.
- Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
- Experience executing federal government construction related projects and programs
