Job Overview:


 In a Real Estate Agent role, you will be the face of our business and responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience.  A trusted advisor, you are the principal point of contact for clients going through the home buying and selling process.  CapCenter is a service company in a sales industry- there is no cold calling.    80% of company leadership and 100% of our operational managers started in production roles.  Our team is 3.5x more productive than the average industry provider which means rapid exposure and development compared to industry peers. You will work in a dynamic team environment of other mortgage, real estate, and insurance professionals.

 1/3rd of our team carries multiple licenses and are cross trained across multiple industries as we build out multi-tool professionals.  We don’t hire people that define themselves by a job description but rather we are looking for career minded people that desire to learn and grow with other team-oriented service professionals.Responsibilities:

Qualifications: The Real Estate Agent must have confidence and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.   Strong communication skills that are proactive and organized are paramount for agent and client success.  Analytical skills are necessary as the agent will develop valuation and negotiating competencies.  Additional competencies include:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or some college plus active real estate license (by start date)
  • Proven client service and relationship-building skills. 
  • Proven professionalism, ethics, and character.
