Role and Responsibilities
- Preparation of SOP’s related instrument calibration, validation, and Scheduling PM & Calibration master plan.
- Execution of calibrations, validation, and preventive maintenance as per the master schedule plan in coordination with vendors.
- Co-ordination with vendors for the service and maintenance
- Addressing Breakdown of equipment/instrument.
- Maintenance of utilities like HVAC and room temperature & scrubber maintenance.
- AMC / CAMC planning for the major equipment’s.
- New instrument installation and qualification (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ) in coordination with vendor.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in pharmaceutical or equivalent industry
- 5 to 8 years’ working experience
- Good communication skills
- Management and documentation experience
