Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator who is passionate about supporting systems infrastructure and wanting to grow! If you are looking for a position where you take ownership, wear multiple hats, and provide support to diverse end users we have the position for you!Our ideal candidate is eager to expand his knowledge around computer systems in a fast-paced environment, works well in teams, and can interact effectively with end users. Strong troubleshooting skills and strong organizational skills are preferred.

Candidates will be exposed to a variety of exciting enterprise technologies and will be able to learn on the job.  As our Systems Administrator, you will be an integral part of our Information Technology team responsible for keeping systems up and running in our facility. 

Job duties:


  • Builds and maintains enterprise server/network technologies and firewalls.
  • Owns, manages, and advances our IT security posture.
  • Implement, manage, and continually improve software applications and services.
  • Deploys and troubleshoots end user workstation and peripheral technologies.
  • Assists in managing and securing end user accounts and associated security. 
  • Assists in managing the enterprise network and server environment, as well as all associated security stacks.  
  • Participates in on-call, after-hours, and remote support as required.
  • Escalation point for first level tech support.
  • Additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team's success.

Job Qualifications/Experience:


  • Demonstrated competence in building switches, firewalls, and servers.
  • VMware infrastructure implementation and management experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to grow and learn new enterprise and cloud technologies.
  • Google Workspace management experience

Qualified candidates must have experience with the following technologies:   


  • 3+ years of System Administration experience with Windows Server. 
  • 3+ years’ experience with Citrix environments.
  • 3+ years’ VMware virtualization implementation and management.
  • Proficient in Active Directory management including Group Policy implementation and management. 
  • Skilled in implementing and managing Cisco based firewalls and switches - including NGFW firewall management and wireless controllers. 
  • Extensive Windows & Mac Desktop and End User support experience.
  • Experience with enterprise backup solutions, VoIP phone systems, printers, and digital security systems is advantageous.
  • College degree is preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
  • Be prepared to speak in detail about your prior experience.
