Job Overview
CapCenter is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Client Relations Consultant to help pursue our mission: simplify the homeownership journey with consolidated services and big savings! In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for CapCenter prospects who are considering CapCenter’s suite of services. Client Relations Consultants take inbound calls from clients and assist them with their realty, mortgage or insurance needs or connect them with another CapCenter team member for assistance.
They go to great lengths to understand everyone’s unique situation and financial goals to determine the most appropriate business unit that can help them to the finish line. This position is located in the office in our beautiful headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Call Center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong professionalism, ethics, and character
- Possess or ability to obtain NMLS license within 90 days
