For our colleagues not located near our beautiful offices, we encourage and sponsor quarterly in-person collaboration days to work together and further deepen our Village. We are looking to add a Member of Marketing, Growth to our team. As our product offerings continue to expand, we are adding to our demand generation and web efforts. You will be responsible for data analytics across marketing efforts, paid and organic search, data-driven campaign orchestration, growth experimentation, web conversion rate optimization, website maintenance. This role comes with an opportunity to work with a world-class team and make a significant impact in Anchorage Digital’s growth.We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Member of Marketing, Growth role:

Technical Skills:


  • Architect, implement, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns; test channels including listing sites and digital out-of-home; define goals and objectives for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Run website conversion rate optimization including web personalization to tailor marketing website experiences to specific client segments, and perform A/B or multivariate tests to drive conversions.
  • Establish a scientific and data-driven growth experiment methodology for continuous improvement of conversions.
  • Lead organic SEM/SEO by influencing SERP via keyword and semantic analytics.
  • Lead a data-driven approach to marketing analysis, including trend identification related to events, sales conversion rates, communications, and other GTM activities.
  • Experience with and exposure to growth experiment methodologies in B2B SaaS, fintech, or growth-stage startups.
  • Maintain website performance to position anchorage.com and Porto.xyz as industry-leading marketing benchmarks in financial services.

Complexity and Impact of Work:


  • Track metrics across the funnel, develop a lead attribution methodology, and identify opportunities to optimize CAC/LTV ratios; operate as a power-user across Anchorage Digital's CRM and MAP, and heatmap analytics tools.
  • Identify and develop tactics to automate different stages of the funnel including leads follow-up and email nurture sequencing.
  • Ensure adherence to privacy compliance standards.
  • A track record of showing positive ROAS.

Organizational Knowledge:


  • Develop a deep understanding of Anchorage Digital product capabilities and the institutional client types we serve as well as their most common use cases, pain points, and opportunities in order to effectively distribute product marketing content through paid and organic channels.
  • Can articulate the “why” behind campaign orchestration or growth optimization efforts, and can connect ideas to broader Anchorage Digital go-to-market strategies.

Communication and Influence:


  • Support sales activation by identifying trends and sharing insights including behavioral trends, digital engagement by target accounts, and content and channel performance.
  • Listens and speaks properly with other team members, can clearly communicate the status of work and proactively shares information that impacts other colleagues.

  • A commitment to showing up everyday as an outstanding cross-functional collaborator.
  • A very high bar for quality and your work product.
  • Experience in Webflow or similar CMS tools.

Although not a requirement, bonus points if you:


  • Are SEM-certified (Google Ads certification preferred).
  • Read about performance marketing and B2B growth tactics for fun.
  • Have knowledge of the institutional crypto ecosystem.
  • Were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)

Compensation at Anchorage Digital:


  • Compensation at Anchorage Digital is market-driven and data-informed. All full-time employees receive a market-leading salary, meaningful equity, and a generous perks and benefits package.
  • Compensation Range: $170,000 - $210,000. The salary range may be inclusive of multiple regional locations and job grades. This compensation range will be narrowed during the interview process based on skills, abilities, and experience required.  ****We partner with third party firms annually to verify equity, cash, benefits, and perks benchmarks.
