Be a Part of Our Dynamic Team and Transform the Industry Together!Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our FP&A and Business Intelligence departments.

In this role, you will provide critical insights, reporting, and recommendations to key stakeholders, including the CEO, COO, President, and other executive leaders. Your leadership will be instrumental in helping CreatorIQ achieve its commercial and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Enhance FP&A Capabilities: Shape the future of FP&A at CreatorIQ by improving systems, processes, tools, and infrastructure to support the company’s growth.
  • Leadership: Collaborate with senior executives to drive strategic decision-making and prioritize investments. Manage a small FP&A team to create a significant impact across the organization through your influence and insights.
  • Financial Planning: Lead CIQ’s financial planning cadence, both short-term and long-term (quarterly forecasts, 3-year strategic plans, BOD reviews, etc.). Manage the financial model linking KPIs and business drivers to the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Decision Support & Measurement: Provide deeper insights into KPIs that drive enterprise value, educate leadership, and effect change. Set goals and build reporting platforms to track success, providing insights through monthly and quarterly variance reporting.
  • Business Intelligence & Analytics: Unlock value through data analytics by identifying trends and insights that help grow revenue or scale costs.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate business performance (the “what” and the “why”) to key stakeholders. Deliver impactful and professional presentations tailored to various audiences, including executive teams and the Board of Directors.
  • Business Partnering: Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and become a trusted business partner. Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Accounting.
  • Process Improvement: Drive efficiencies and insights through scalable processes, new tools (e.g., financial planning tools like Adaptive), and automation of existing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ERP).

Qualifications:


  • Experience: 15+ years of professional experience in corporate finance, management consulting, and/or investment banking, with at least 10+ years in Corporate Finance. Experience in a high-caliber corporate finance department is required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (finance, economics). An MBA is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Excel is essential. Experience with financial planning tools like Adaptive Planning or Host Analytics is a plus.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the SaaS industry and high-growth startups is a plus. Experience with international operations is also beneficial.
  • Skills: Ability to synthesize large datasets from multiple sources, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate analysis results into business recommendations, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Attributes: A flexible team player with a “get it done” attitude, strong work ethic, and a track record of high productivity. Comfortable working in a fast-growing, often uncertain environment and embracing a “no job too small” startup mentality. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and have fun in the workplace.

$210,000 - $250,000 a yearThis role is eligible for a 20% annual bonus.
