Position Functions:

Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage, with a proven track record of at least 1+ years specifically in Perishables.
- Experience navigating the complexities of managing refrigerated/short-shelf-life products is highly advantageous. In-depth familiarity with produce production and farming processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling LTL, FTL, and 3PL carriers. A stellar track record in sales, propelled by an unwavering commitment to excellence.

- Relevant experience in the Reefer/Refrigerated freight business is highly valued.
