Job Overview: 


CapCenter Account Executives grow existing referral relationships and establish new sources for a steady flow of loan and real estate volume from external sources. You will love bringing new Clients to CapCenter saving them thousands. The ideal candidate has experience in the mortgage or real estate industry. 

Responsibilities:


  • Generate new business relationships with employers, human resources professionals, financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals selling the entire suite of CapCenter’s products and professional services (mortgage, real estate, and insurance).
  • Deepen existing CapCenter relationships by conducting webinars, presentations, educational seminars, and creatively curating targeted offers, etc.
  • Counsel the Client on the home buying and financing process.
  • Pre-qualify prospective Clients. 
  • Manage the Client experience to create and leverage referral opportunities from the Client and their employer and network. 
  • Maintain regular contact with the Client and referral partners. 

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree required OR mortgage or realty experience equivalent
  • Sales-oriented self-starter with pro-active communication
  • Strong professionalism, ethics, and character
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pricing, underwriting and eligibility requirements for FNMA/FHLMC, FHA and VA programs as well as local, state, and national laws (TILA, RESPA, etc.)
  • Must have or be willing to obtain appropriate state NMLS license
