You will play a critical role, contributing to digital strategies, creative content, and customer engagement.The Salesforce Experience Cloud Admin will be a part of the Digital Innovation and Marketing Operations Team (DIMO) and report to the Director, Customer Experience & Engagement. DIMO’s mission is to drive digital transformation within the commercial organization that is rooted in continual enhancements focused on a digital-first mindset, which uses a test & learn culture while balancing operational effectiveness and personalized omni channel customer engagement supporting Azurity’s commitment to ACE (Azurity Commercial Excellence) as we Serve Overlooked Patients.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Build and maintain solutions in Salesforce using flow automations, lightning templates, dynamic forms.
- Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the experience cloud pages.
- Support continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep of the platform.
- Utilize GA to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
- Implement GA tags and events for accurate measurement.
- Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase use of the platform.
- Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business.
- Adhere to and promote best practices and design the guidelines for security procedures.
- Collaboration and Communication
Coordinate with onshore marketing teams to align strategies and goals.Communicate effectively across time zones to ensure seamless project execution.Provide regular updates on project status and milestone.Ensure that offshore deliverables meet both the highest creative and technical standards.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- A bachelor's degree, in a related field required.
- Three or more years of experience with technical implementations
- Background in CRM process design and implementation, HTML5, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Certification
- Attention to detail and follow-through on execution required.
- Demonstrated project management skills required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Inquisitive, strong analytical skills, including the ability to infer and apply learnings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
