This position is located in the office at our company headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia.  

Job Overview:


As a Client Relations Consultant, you are the first point of contact for our clients seeking assistance with our realty, mortgage or insurance products and services. It’s a dynamic and fulfilling job requiring exceptional communication skills, quick thinking and time management prowess.  

Responsibilities:


Clients Come First. 

All decisions at CapCenter are rooted around how the clients benefit. You will provide excellent service and build rapport quickly, whether through the phone, email, or chat, and you are always willing to go the extra mile. You will know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions, resolve issues, and facilitate relationship development with our clients.

People, process, and system innovations are ongoing. With so much client interaction, you are bound to identify and implement improvements to our products, processes, and technology. The primary objective is to ensure clients have a seamless experience and become raving fans of CapCenter’s products and services.

Be a “play-maker.” Collaborate directly with mortgage, realty, insurance, and settlement team members to ensure a best-in-class client experience. Meet and exceed performance standards around client satisfaction, productivity targets, and quality goals.

CapCenter seeks to save our clients’ money, time, risk, and effort. You will use your resources and sales tactics to identify the client’s goals and objectives and to make recommendations.  

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Strong professionalism, ethics, and character
  • Possess or ability to obtain NMLS license within 90 days
