Job Overview:In a Real Estate Agent role, you will be the face of our business and responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience.  As a trusted advisor, you are the principal point of contact for clients going through the home buying and selling process. You are joining a team of top-rated experienced realty professionals who are in the top 1% of real estate agents by volume, averaging more than 30 transactions per year. Non-CapCenter agents may take several years to achieve 30 transactions.

You will consult with clients to understand their needs, wants and constraints. You will set up real-time access to home listings and schedule tours. You will conduct pre-offer property analysis and share real-time market insights, while guiding clients through contracts and agreements to help them maximize value with less stress. Responsibilities:

Real Estate Agents work closely with our mortgage and insurance experts to save our clients time and money. They are trusted advisors clients rely on to assess their needs and successfully guide them through one of life’s most important decisions.

We took the traditional model and turned it on its head, bringing everything under one roof. You will average over 30 transactions per year and understand the home buying and selling processes, including negotiations, in and out.

Our dedicated full-service realty teams work together to tour homes and to submit or accept offers 7 days a week including evenings and weekends with any supported mobile device.

Qualifications: The Real Estate Agent must have confidence and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.  Strong communication skills that are proactive and organized are paramount for agent and client success.  Analytical skills are necessary as the agent will develop valuation and negotiating competencies.Additional qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or some college plus an active real estate license required. 
  • Proven client service and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven professionalism, ethics, and character.
