Position Summary:

At ParetoHealth, we're on a mission to make healthcare spend less volatile and more affordable for small and mid-sizedbusinesses.With over 3000 employer members, covering nearly 1 million Americans, we are the nation’s largest benefits captive community.We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Senior Director to oversee a team of 2-5 that is focused on driving consultant opportunity generation through multiple channels including website, SEO, content marketing, affiliate programs, events, and account based marketing campaigns.

This leader will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and is responsible for strategic planning and management of all demand generation channels and delivering insights through a comprehensive demand generation dashboard.

Key Responsibilities:


Content Marketing Strategy:


Manage team to build and execute omni-channel content calendar that drives new opportunity creation

Account Based Marketing:


Develop account-based marketing strategy and leads scoring system to tailor marketing to potential high-impact accountsDevelop personalized campaigns to drive new opportunities at high-value accounts.

Digital Marketing Funnel:


Select and manage vendor to execute SEO strategies and on-site optimization to significantly lift the site's visibility and ranking on high value search termsBuild and measure affiliate marketing program

Measurement, Analytics and Continuous Improvement:


Implement a monthly Tableau and Salesforce reporting dashboard and written analysis with recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and budget ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 10 years of B2B demand generation and account-based marketing experience
  • Must have experience with Salesforce, Pardot, CVENT, and WordPress
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be willing to travel at least 15% of the time to meet business needs.
  • Skilled in developing compelling messaging and demand generation campaignsthat drive target behaviors.
  • Creativity in conceptualizing and developing tools and processes that drive continuous improvement

Life at Pareto Health

Pareto Health forms and manages employee benefit group captives that allow employers to reduce costs and increase control over its employee benefit program. We serve as the management team of the group captive, representing the interests of the group. We offer employers with between 50 and 500 employees access to existing group captives and we create new group captives for groups of employers. We assist the group captive choose a policy issuing carrier, negotiate the reinsurance agreement, and underwrite new and renewal members. We work with the employers to develop and execute a multi-year business plan and provide management reports and tools to measure progress of the plan. Since we are not a broker, consultant, or a captive (domicile) management company, we are not conflicted by also representing individual employers as their broker or by also underwriting on behalf of the insurance carrier. Weᅢᄁ¬ツᆲ¬トᄁre focused only on the performance of the group captive.
