JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Azurity Pharmaceuticals is growing fast and recruiting for a dynamic professional to join our HR leadership team. The successful candidate has experience with emerging or growing teams of technical experts in Hyderabad with direct, and often daily, partnership with colleagues in the United States. This is a key member of the HR leadership team and reports directly to the CHRO, who is in Boston, MA. Superb communication skills across a wide range of colleague types, including scientists and executives will be required as you build trusted-advisor relationship to support the organization’s rapid growth strategies.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Be the trusted advisor and business partner to senior executives and their teams, providing guidance and recommendations on people-related matters to drive business outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to identify, develop, and implement HR initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent retention.
- Lead or advise on high-impact, cross-functional HR projects and initiatives that align with business priorities and drive measurable results.
- Develop and implement strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Build relationships with internal HR centers of excellence and business partners to ensure consistent delivery of HR services, programs, and policies.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders and HR partners on HR-related decisions.
- Serve as a coach and trusted advisor to leaders and colleagues on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support HR initiatives and ensure successful adoption by employees.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, employment laws, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and inform HR strategies and programs.
Qualifications:
- The successful candidate will likely have at least a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role or a similar HR leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor and business partner to senior executives and business leaders.
- Strong understanding of international HR programs and best practices, including talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, and acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal and English language communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a geographically dispersed and diverse workforce.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Change Management expertise including strength in deployment of communication strategies
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or other relevant professional certifications.
