We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a tech start-up environment and will be instrumental in supporting our recruiting efforts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role is primarily onsite, working from our SoHo office.
What you will own
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Work alongside hiring managers on job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure the interview process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain an organized recruiting process and serve as the admin for Greenhouse.
- Assist in the generation of offer letters and the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
What you will bring on Day 1
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting role, preferably in a tech start-up environment.
- Highly motivated to learn and grow in your career.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools; experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Through the internal and market data Vise has collected, we expect the salary range for this position to be $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus a competitive equity package. Your actual compensation will be determined based on your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Vise offers a wide range of comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits.
