Maven is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, which will sit within the Member Growth Marketing Team in Maven. The “MGM” team is focused on driving lifetime value for all of our members: getting eligible members from clients to sign up for Maven and then keeping them engaged and retained on our platform so that they transition from one life stage to another to get the support they need. This role will report up into the Director of Member Growth Marketing, Content and will primarily focus on driving engagement and retention with our members through email, push and in-app message.
As a
Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager
at Maven, you will:
- Own all member-facing email operations, from setting up and optimizing customer journeys to analyzing + reporting on opportunities to improve performance
- Be responsible for member-facing push notification strategy to drive engagement with product
- Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and engage in cross-functional efforts to maintain health of integration between Braze + Maven’s product
- Work closely with client success teams on re-enrollment and re-engagement email initiatives
- Manage ongoing collection of clinical data via outreach to members through surveys and assessments
- Help inform content strategy by leveraging content engagement data and analytics
Minimum qualifications:
- 5+ years of lifecycle marketing experience with ability to demonstrate measurable results driving engagement and retention
- Expertise in email and push notification best practices that drive product engagement
- Strong data analysis skills that allow you to make data-driven recommendations to improve customer journeys + engagement
- Experimentation skills + strong understanding of A/B testing to optimize messaging
- Experience working in an environment with multiple completing deadlines
- Strong project management, communication, and time management skills
- Eagerness to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various teams at Maven
- Experience using Braze for audience segmentation and journey execution, as well as Liquid for in-email personalization
- Experience building and editing HTML emails
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare experience, ideally within early stage, high growth SaaS or subscription-based business models
For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is$111K-$130K per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits.
