About the Role:
Welcome to the Product Operations team – the backbone of our product organization! We make sure everything runs smoothly for our product team across the product life cycle. Our mission? To ensure our team has everything they need to set brilliant strategies, work efficiently, and bring exceptional value to our customers and company.As the Senior Product Operations Manager, you'll be a pivotal player in developing the systems that help our Product Management, Engineering, and Design functions scale.
From refining processes and optimizing tools to enhancing data analysis and evolving our customer interactions, you’ll be a catalyst for driving efficiency and effectiveness.Product Operations is a brand-new function at Ironclad, giving you the chance to shape our priorities and leave a lasting impact on the organization, the company, and our customers. Plus, this role is a hub of collaboration, you’ll work with amazing folks across product, engineering, design, marketing, customer success, sales, finance, and analytics.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Optimize Processes and Tools: Spot inefficiencies and implement process improvements. You’ll streamline how we work to boost productivity and deliver a stellar customer experience. Prior experience with new product introduction, release management, and agile development is ideal.
Enable the Organization with Data: Partner with our data analytics team to uncover insights that help us keep our finger on the pulse of our products and platform.
Mature Our Operating Model: Elevate our internal rituals like Quarterly Business Reviews, Product Reviews, and status updates with improved templates and processes. You'll own product tooling, ensuring we have the best tools to support our product organization. Plus, you'll lead employee onboarding programs creating a seamless experience for new hires to hit the ground running.

Base Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000 per year
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.Compensation Range: $180K - $200K
