As a Senior Sales Sourcer, you will be responsible for the sourcing efforts of our Sales and GTM teams. Your success will be measured by the velocity and quality of TRM's talent acquisition.

- Enthusiastically source, recruit and maintain strong candidate pipelines for sales and GTM positions.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies that reach the top sales talent.

What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of experience sourcing and building high quality candidate pipelines of sales positions, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
