As a Senior People Partner you will join an experienced and innovative team that takes end to end ownership for all people related processes - with the direct goal of becoming one of the best employers of Hungary. You will be reporting to the Chief of Staff and assist our go-to-market leadership team.
You will have the chance to create, maintain and improve employee experience globally for Bitrise with a focus on our global go-to-market team's well-being and efficiency. This role includes elements of recruitment, learning and development, organisational design and requires in-depth knowledge of compensation & benefits.Our salary range for this position is gross 970,000 - 1,300,000 HUF/month.Main responsibilities
- Work in partnership with the go-to-market leadership team to develop and grow a scalable organization model that supports and delivers against the long term growth strategy of the business.
- Lead and advise on talent acquisition activities and focus on getting new hires to effectiveness as quickly as possible.
- Provide advice and challenge leaders on how to effectively deliver on initiatives within the business.
- Ensure appropriate performance management and employee development initiatives in place across our go-to-market organisation to support both employees and leaders.
- Provide leaders with the coaching and tools necessary to accelerate their business relationships, develop their people and improve team results.
- Take part the establishment of our company wide enablement programme.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, preferably in Human Resources
- 3+ years of HR business partner experience
- Relevant and recent experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits and learning & development
- Hands on experience with go-to-market teams and leaders
- People first mindset
- Experience working remotely
- Experience in a start-up, scale-up environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
