Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in IT operations (hands-on experience)
  • Proficiency in technology tools including, but not limited to Google Workspace, Zoom, Neat, A/V equipment, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack, Zendesk, etc.
  • Good knowledge of MacOS and Windows OS
  • Knowledge of the following IT systems: MDM, IDP, SSO
  • Knowledge of the following security systems: EDR, Mail relay
  • knowledge in switching, routing, and FW management.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and project manage in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written) and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Fluent in English

Bonus points:


  • Experience working closely with HR, People Operations, and Operations management teams, all at a global level

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:


  • Provide helpdesk services for the company employees. Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot hardware and software issues (sometimes remotely)
  • Maintain dozens of SaaS applications and platforms used by the Melio employees
  • Maintain and support the local network devices and components
  • Maintain the operation of all video conference devices and rooms in Melio. 
  • Execute the onboarding and offboarding process from an IT perspective. 
  • Implement and maintain security tools 
  • Support and maintain the company cloud environment together with the DevOps teams.
  • Maintain and support the company's IT inventory
  • Support the security teams with the daily operation of security controls.
