Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IT operations (hands-on experience)
- Proficiency in technology tools including, but not limited to Google Workspace, Zoom, Neat, A/V equipment, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack, Zendesk, etc.
- Good knowledge of MacOS and Windows OS
- Knowledge of the following IT systems: MDM, IDP, SSO
- Knowledge of the following security systems: EDR, Mail relay
- knowledge in switching, routing, and FW management.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and project manage in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written) and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent in English

- Experience working closely with HR, People Operations, and Operations management teams, all at a global level
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Provide helpdesk services for the company employees. Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot hardware and software issues (sometimes remotely)
- Maintain dozens of SaaS applications and platforms used by the Melio employees
- Maintain and support the local network devices and components
- Maintain the operation of all video conference devices and rooms in Melio.
- Execute the onboarding and offboarding process from an IT perspective.
- Implement and maintain security tools
- Support and maintain the company cloud environment together with the DevOps teams.
- Maintain and support the company's IT inventory
- Support the security teams with the daily operation of security controls.
