About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager focused on Generative AI and Machine Learning Projects, you will be a key player in shaping the future of AI-driven educational technology at Kiddom. You will lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product marketing, support, sales, and customer success, to develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions that transform how educators and students interact with our platform.

  • Act as the primary advocate for end users (educators and students), leveraging data, interviews, and testing to not only ensure AI/ML solutions meet their needs but also identify unmet customer needs and translate them into innovative, customer-centric product offerings.
  • Be responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions for our users, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Explore unconventional ideas and challenge assumptions to help unlock new product frontiers, developing proof of concepts and pilot projects to test new ideas and approaches.
  • Earn buy-in from stakeholders and inspire teams with exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, driving decision-making by presenting concepts, insights, and key findings to executives and leaders.
  • Oversee the integration of generative AI features into existing products, ensuring they enhance user experience and deliver tangible benefits, such as automated feedback, personalized learning pathways, and adaptive assessments.

To be successful in this role we look for:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, particularly with SaaS products. Experience in building and deploying AI and machine learning projects is highly desirable.
  • BS or MS degree in applicable STEM tracks (Math, Computer Science, Physics, etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and machine learning projects, including fine-tuning models, prompt engineering, and data architecture.
  • In-depth knowledge of machine learning models, including their development, training, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with generative AI, including the use of open-source models and tools for building AI solutions.
  • Understanding of machine learning infrastructure, including data pipelines, model deployment, and maintenance.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, navigate ambiguity, and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities to inspire stakeholders. Concise clear guidance (verbal and written) is a strength of yours.
