About the role
As product designer in the Company and Employee Experience tribe, you will define, craft, and ship new experiences that will empower administrators, managers, and employees to get work done effortlessly and wisely.Here are some problems you could tackle :- how to include relevantly and proactively the Artificial Intelligence in the customer journey to support user actions?- how to simplify the search for a document for an admin?- how to help an entrepreneur to better onboard a new employee within his company?Collaboration :You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and the data team to define both the long-term strategy roadmap and short-term tactics for our upcoming initiatives.You will collaborate with other PayFit stakeholders (PMs, Sales, Support, Customers, etc.) to understand customers' needs and pain points, and to co-create solutions in business opportunities together.Alongside the Design Director and other Designers, you will build, challenge, and work alongside the PayFit design chapter team.Missions :You will represent the users' voice to your squad as you build and ship new features together.You'll work through design problems from beginning to end: be the user’s voice of your team, translating research insights into new products and features.
And finally designing the workflows, detailed interactions, and pixel-perfect mockups that engineers can implement.You will feed the product roadmap by developing quick solutions, in cooperation with product managers and engineers.Good storyteller, you will communicate with enthusiasm to your stakeholders and animate co-creation workshops to gather insights, ideate, and converge, to align teams on a common vision.
This role is for you if you :
· Have At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, creating software products with excellent user experience.· Love translating complex problems into simple, easy, and memorable solutions.· Are able to work with UX Writing principles to iterate on content to better guide our users.· Are Adaptable, you have a mindset to “Think out of the box”.· Use Data as a strong ally to justify the choices proposed backed up by quantitative/qualitative insights, best practices, etc.· A design system is your best ally, you understand the importance in maintaining consistency and providing a better experience in the product.· Balancing long-term design goals with an Agile-based iterative approach comes easy to you.· Able to work with a diverse group of internal stakeholders.· You are motivated to deeply understand the HR industry and best-in-class actors to enrich your vision.· You speak English fluently.It would be great if you also :· Speak French and/ or Spanish, and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment.· Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

First, you will meet a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a discovery call (30-45 min)2. The next step will be a meeting with your Design Director with whom you will touch and share more Design topics of your own experience (45 min)3. You will be asked to work on a Case Study and present it to our Design Director (60-90 min)4.
You will then meet a product manager of your tribe (30 min)5. The last step would be discussing with our VP of Design (30 min)6.
