Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Concierge Specialist to join a brand new team operating as an expansion of our current CX function! To us, our clients are everything, and our ability to provide world-class customer service to our clientele has been imperative to our success to date.You will work directly with our Head of CX to help provide exceptional customer service experiences to high-end clientele seeking a more personalized touch. You will not only help with their needs using the Titan Platform but also assist with travel arrangements, leisure activities, and anything that will improve their overall lifestyle and experience as a Titan Client.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and desires related to travel & lifestyle services.
- Use your knowledge and expertise of key metropolitan cities (NYC, SF, Miami) to provide innovative custom solutions to client requests.
- Handle all aspects of travel bookings ranging from flights, accommodation, transportation, and dining, ensuring a seamless experience while maintaining attention to detail throughout.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering an exceptional experience, anticipating their needs, and providing personalized assistance and recommendations for future trips and endeavors.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, developments, and offerings in the travel and lifestyle space.
- Work collaboratively with the broader CX team on an ad-hoc basis depending on need and demand.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a CX or Concierge type of role, ideally within the high-end travel or hospitality sector.
- Expert knowledge of travel destinations, accommodations, and activities.
- World-class communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple needs simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality experience for clients.
- Comfortable with high volumes of client interactions.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and think creatively to drive product growth.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate client needs and peak travel times.
Compensation:
Anticipated annual salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 plus company stock options + benefits (see above).At Titan, we are committed to offering competitive compensation packages for our valued team members, matching our commitment to attract and retain a top talent pool that is aligned with our culture, mission, and values.
