Demand Generation and Campaign Manager at Timescale🐯, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at attracting, nurturing, and converting potential customers into qualified leads and building excitement and engagement with technical communities. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting strategies, goals, and forecasts for demand generation, nurture, and campaigns in alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute multi-channel sales and marketing campaigns, including email marketing, landing pages, paid advertisements, events, and webinars.
- Monitor and analyze marketing/sales metrics and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create and manage content assets.
- Utilize marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce to manage lead data and workflows.
- Support the effective use of the marketing tech stack, ensuring tools are utilized efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform campaign strategies and improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on lead generation and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot and Salesforce for marketing automation and lead management.
- Experience in managing paid ad campaigns, particularly on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying new marketing strategies and technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with database and/or cloud products.
- Experience working with technical audiences and AI products.
- Experience with developer channels and newsletters (ex: Hacker News, dev.to, PG Weekly).
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Strong writing and editing skills for creating compelling marketing content.
