About The Role


We are rapidly expanding our operations as we build new partnerships across the healthcare spectrum. We are looking for an experienced, customer-centric individual to grow and lead our team of Patient Engagement Specialists - call center type group that works to set patients up for Sprinter Health services. The Patient Engagement Supervisor will lead a team dedicated to enhancing patient interactions and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily operations, guiding team members, and implementing effective strategies to improve patient engagement.

The supervisor will be responsible for personal development, administrative tasks, hiring, and quality assurance, ensuring seamless execution of patient engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:


  • Supervise Patient Engagement Specialists (PES), ensuring clear communication and effective teamworkFoster personal and professional growth within the team through regular feedback and career development initiatives
  • Ensure effective and efficient hiring processes to maintain a strong and capable team
  • Successfully implement new projects and initiatives, working closely with management to ensure smooth transitions
  • As we roll out new partnerships, you will be primarily responsible for retraining the team on partner intricacies including but not limited to adjusted scripting, new booking requirements, new services training, etc.
  • Maintain high-quality standards through rigorous QA processes and oversight, providing guidance to team leads and ensuring consistency
  • Optimize campaign performance and patient engagement strategies using Five9Ensure performing systems are managed effectively, with prompt issue resolution and system upkeep
  • Manage administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency, supporting overall team productivity including call outs, timecard management, and scheduling time off.

Skills and Requirements:


  • Proven 4 years + experience in a supervisory role within patient engagement or customer service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Five9, Zendesk, and other relevant software preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills

$60,000 - $70,000 a yearThe base salary range for this full-time position is base salary + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and does not include benefits.
