Senior User Acquisition Analyst

Are you ready to shape the future of mobile gaming? We're seeking a dynamic
User Acquisition Analyst to join our passionate team and drive our games to millions of players worldwide.You will be responsible for defining and executing the distribution strategy for one of our titles, managing the budget allocation and operations of all UA campaigns across a variety of channels. You will be the connection between product and marketing teams, prioritizing and managing different disciplines to attract players for our games.We know that the work we do has a high impact on our company's success and culture.

The right person for this position is curious by nature, very proactive, has high judgement in order to prioritize and solve problems, and can thrive in a fast and growing business. 

What you'll do


  • Craft and execute strategic distribution plans for our games
  • Contribute directly to expanding and engaging our player base through cross-functional teamwork
  • Innovate with new strategies and tools to ensure continuous growth and maintain our operation ahead of the market
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize acquisition campaigns to maximize performance and ROI
  • Deliver insightful performance reports  to game directors, executives, and senior stakeholders
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our games' vision, audience, monetization, and market positioning

What you'll need


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in user acquisition, performance marketing, banking, or consulting roles
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in programming, preferably in SQL
  • English (advanced)

Nice to Have


  • Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry landscape.
  • Experience managing UA channels for digital products.
