If the answer is YES, then its ARYNG for you....At Aryng, we are looking for an HR manager to join our team. He/She will be responsible for leading all HR responsibilities. This position will directly report to the CEO. The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR functions like performance management, payroll management, employee relationships, policy-making, Culture, L& D, total rewards, and keeping the employees engaged in a remote setup. She/He would be an expert in compensation conversation and negotiations as well.

Requirements
Manage yearly & real-time performance check-ins, goal-setting, feedback, talent reviews, promotion processes, calibration, and comp cyclesDevelop and implement a 'Talent strategy' for Aryng that fosters a high-performance culture and mindset. Manages L&D to develop skills including people management and leadership.Elevate the employee experience for remote teams with employee engagement programs for better retention Structure and improvise the reward and recognition program for AryngDrive the application and branding of the Aryng core values and leadership attributes making it a "way of how we work".Design and implementation of new policies Conduct exit interviewsRequired Qualification:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field. Masters preferred.Experience working in a remote startup environment Experience with a consulting setting is preferred5+ years experience leading HR department3+ years of experience managing a team Skills
