Role: Product Manager, Intelligence Platform
As a Product Manager working on our Intelligence Platform, you will have the opportunity to work on outlining the next phase of our application composer. You will interact with partners, internal stakeholders and customers while collaborating with a seasoned engineering team. You must be able to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment with comfort in being hands-on with the underlying technology stack. This position is based out of India with a preference for Bangalore or Chennai
What you'll do
- Working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify and clarify functional and non-functional requirements
- Writing high-quality specifications and communicating specific and actionable requirements to Engineering
- Working closely with UX, Engineering and Documentation teams to drive product priorities for an enterprise class product
- Being a subject matter expert on our software for customers and partners, as well as for internal audiences such as Sales, Presales, Professional Services and Customer Support
- Prioritization and managing the product backlog for specific product areas
About You
- 4+ years of Product Management experience in an independent software vendor, working on enterprise applications, or 6+ years’ experience as a solution consultant in the data management space
- Demonstrated skills in analysis, design, product development, prioritization, and planning
- Ability to gather and prioritize requirements and author detailed requirements and functional specifications
- Strong technical background with the ability to quickly develop deep product knowledge and communicate the business values to the field and customers
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and team-oriented; able to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team.
- Proven ability to take initiative and see projects through to completion
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or a related technical discipline
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in building data platforms and analytics application
- Proficiency in SQL, SaaS, and/or Big Data technologies
- Experience in AI/ML solution development in an enterprise environment
- Experience with data pipelines, data warehousing, business intelligence
- Experience in working in Agile teams
