About the Role


We are seeking a passionate new team member to join our Customer Experience team as a Professional Services Consultant. Our Professional Services team provides implementation and one-time services to our customers, ensuring they derive optimal benefits from CaptivateIQ. As a Professional Services Consultant, you will understand customer requirements, design and build customized solutions, train the customer, and ensure successful project delivery through deployment to end users.Have you spent a full day building a model in Excel or SQL and recognized that as a great day? This person will accelerate their skill in a data model and incentive compensation. By helping our customers implement, you'll gain a breadth of industry experience as you work with many different companies and industries in the time that you'd normally spend in a single place.We are building a world-class team of data modelers and incentive specialists who care deeply about the value our software brings to our customers. Responsibilities


  • Work closely with customers and other members of the Professional Services team to deliver best-in-class professional services to our customers.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Understand customer plan requirements and design system configurations maximizing modeling efficiency and repeatability.
  • Assist customers throughout the testing phase of implementation.
  • Train and consult customers on how to become experts with our platform.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, documentation, and best practices to support team growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, product development, and support to ensure a cohesive approach to customer solutions.

Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, finance, SPM implementation and administration, and B2B SaaS
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining calculations for large data sets using spreadsheets or database models
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable. Demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

$96,000 - $124,000 a yearCaptivateIQ takes a market-based approach to pay, and the salary range for this job posting shows the base to on-target earnings for this position. The successful candidate’s starting base salary will be determined based on the candidate’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education, work location, market conditions, and other factors. This range may be modified in the future. Certain positions may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and other benefits.Apply for this job
