The Role


AnyRoad is a rapidly growing experiential marketing startup, backed by the world’s leading investment firms (A16Z, Blackrock), that works with some of the largest brands in the world. We have launched a stealth division in the premium market and are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our growing team. As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and assisting in day-to-day operations. What You’ll Do:


  • Conduct lead research for potential points of contact (POCs)
  • Perform outreach using approved communication copy
  • Coordinate meetings and following up to ensure meetings are scheduled and leads are either qualified or disqualified
  • Create and prepare agendas for meetings
  • Take meeting minutes, summarize discussions, and handle follow-ups
  • Create pitch decks in collaboration with our design team
  • Draft and create budget templates with support from leadership and finance
  • Manage client data requests and follow up
  • Ensure data is clean, accurate, and all customer lead segments are ready for review
  • Provide project updates after all sales calls via Monday.com and keep internal and external teams informed and aligned
  • Utilize templates to create internal order forms for new customers
  • Oversee scheduling and follow-ups until sales opportunities are closed

What We're Looking For:


  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role
  • Ability to conduct thorough lead research and identify potential opportunities
  • Experience using Monday.com, or similar project management tool, to update project statuses and keep teams informed
  • Experience using Salesforce.com, or similar CRM tool
  • Expert at time management and prioritization when working with multiple accounts and cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities to coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and follow up on tasks
