About the Role: 
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the VP of Revenue Operations. You will be responsible for the entire gamut of revenue operations activities including sales operations, marketing operations, customer success operations and business reporting. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence, optimizing revenue processes, and ensuring alignment across the revenue-generating functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS, a deep understanding of revenue operations, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of CleverTap.What will you do: - Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.- Streamline and optimize end-to-end revenue processes, including pipeline generation, opportunity to order, and renewals.- Collaborate with field teams and finance to create accurate revenue forecasts and ensure alignment with financial goals.- Utilize data and analytics to drive insights, improve decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of revenue strategies.- Establish, measure and operate on the basis of leading indicators to drive performance across field functions including marketing, sales and CS.- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of revenue operations.- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of revenue technology stacks, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.- Foster strong collaboration between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies.- Build and lead a high-performing revenue operations team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.- Identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance revenue operations and positively influence topline & bottomline.

What are we looking for?


- 15+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, with a focus on SaaS companies.- Strong bias for execution, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business goals.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.- Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable revenue operations plans.- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively and efficiently across a diverse set of stakeholders.- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, manage, and inspire a team.- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker Studio, and similar CRM/ data analytics tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA from a tier one institute preferred.
